I love “tweaks” because they are easier to do. Here are three simple ideas that will make a difference: 1) Drink more water by purchasing a one-liter water bottle and drink two full bottles every day. You’ll immediately feel the difference. 2) Commit to eating a plant-based diet at least one day per week. A plant-based diet is better for you and the earth. 3) Make a conscious effort twice daily (morning and night) to slow your breathing down and breathe deep. You’ll be amazed how conscious deep breathing clears the mind and reduces anxiety.
