Sneak movement in throughout the day: As a busy working mom I don’t always have time for an official workout so I sneak Pilates into my day — 10 minutes of leg work while brushing my teeth and drying my hair, 10-minutes while the kids play on the floor and 10-minutes between calls — before you know it, I’ve done 30 minutes of Pilates without actually doing a formal workout! And it doesn’t have to be Pilates — it could be a dance break, a brisk walk or a little bit of stretching. The key is just to sneak more movement into your days — you’ll feel so much better if you do.
