He believe that to experience joy and peace in life, we have to find happiness in the present moment. He suggests that you can be happy right now if you want freedom from stress.

Both wishing and having a goal are necessary for life, but we have to achieve it so that it does not stop us from living with the happiness that comes in our present stages.

There are many daily struggles in this turbulent life of today. While facing these struggles, we forget to enjoy real life. They cannot build a strong relationships with their family members as well. Even if you are victorious in these struggles, your heart and mind are so full of noise that you cannot always hear the cries of life and love.

When you meditate with a calm mind, you will be able to listen to many beautiful sounds, which will have many sounds to entertain you and make you feel the joy of your life.

The person who lives in a noisy city. For him, silence…
