Workflow — Create a screenshot “How-To”

I find Workflow to be an essential app in helping me accomplish professional tasks as quickly as I can. From creating documents, to managing reminders, to-do lists, etc. Workflow enables you to automate and streamline the tasks and routines that I have to complete as a professional so that I can be effective as an educator.

Answering questions and helping students and staff do their work on an iPad is one of the most important things I do in my district. Creating screenshot tutorials and how-to’s for our staff and students is often the best way I can show our students and staff how to accomplish what they want to do. Typically, when I am asked how a process can or should be done on an iPad I will create a screenshot “How-To” so that I have it for future reference when I am asked that question again. Previously, the process of creating a screenshot “How-To” document took me much longer to do because it was a much more labor intensive process with multiple apps that I had to switch between and share data with (on both Mac and iOS). Workflow has simplified the process by enabling me to start and finish this process all in one app and it is AWESOME!
