The Stellox lamps production site for passenger cars and heavy duty vehicles is one of the largest factories in its branch in China. For almost 30 years of experience, the company has won notable positions in the world market and supplies its products to more than 50 countries around the world.
Production capacity of the factory is more than 40 million lamps a year, which are made by efforts of 500 employees. 10% of personnel provide quality control of products.
The site carries more than 70% of the entire production cycle, the missing 30% is compensated by supplies of such giants of the industry as OSRAM and PHILIPS.
Quality control is carried out at all stages of production, from the supply of raw materials and components to the delivery of Stellox products to consumers.
The production site is equipped with a laboratory with modern diagnostic equipment, as well as the testing center to determine the technical requirements for Stellox lamps.
Stellox products are regularly checked and tested for voltage, power, resistance, luminous flux and operating time, as well as vibration.
The quality of Stellox lamps is confirmed by the availability of certificates:
- ISO 9001 (Requirements for the quality management system);
- ISO/TS 16949 (Requirements for quality management systems for enterprises engaged in the design, development, production, installation and service of products of the automotive industry).
Stellox automotive lamps fully comply with the requirements of the “Rules of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe”, which are the basic European standard for the safety of road transport. Section number 37 regulates the requirements for the quality and characteristics of automotive lamps. Stellox products are homologated to ECE R37, which is confirmed by the marking of lamps.
