🦈 A guide to participating in the AutoShark (SHARK) IPO on PantherSwap 🦈

🦈 Details of the IPO (4-hour duration)

- Start block: https://bscscan.com/block/countdown/7529200 (Approximately Tuesday, May 18 23:00 UTC)
- End block: https://bscscan.com/block/countdown/7534000
(Approximately Wednesday, May 19 03:00 UTC) - Funds to be raised: $1,500,000
- Tokens to be sold: 1,500,000 (Price per SHARK: $1)
- Panther to be burnt: $750,000
- Method: Unlimited subscription via the Overflow method
In the “Overflow” method, users can subscribe as much or as little as they want to the IPO, and their final allocation will be based on the amount of funds they put in as a percentage of all funds put in by other users at the time the sale ends. Users will receive back any leftover funds when they claim their tokens after the sale.
1️⃣ Before Sale
- Buy PANTHER and BNB tokens
- Get PANTHER-BNB LP tokens by adding PANTHER and BNB liquidity
2️⃣ During the Sale
- Commit your PANTHER-BNB LP tokens to get SHARK tokens on https://pantherswap.com/ipo.
You can lock your LP tokens at any time during the subscription period, even within the final 30 minutes, if you are worried about not having access to your LP tokens after it is committed.
Here are 3 scenarios on how many SHARK tokens you will be allocated based on the Overflow method.
Transfer taxes for the Panther token will be waived for 8 hours from the start block of the IPO, as we are expecting a significant movement of funds across the farms and pools. Even if you do not plan to commit to the IPO, you can capitalize on this opportunity to rotate your funds!
3️⃣ After Sale
- Claim your SHARK tokens
If there is an oversubscription, your PANTHER-BNB LP tokens will be refunded back to you. You can choose to stake the LP tokens back on the PantherSwap farm
