Introduction of the new advisors!
We are proud to welcome two new advisors to the autoXchange team!
Both advisors have extensive experience and expertise in their respective fields and bring a lot of value to the team!
Fabian van der Merwe
Fabian has over 20 years experience in the IT sector ranging from website development to IT Management consulting services. Through his experience, Fabian has played a pivotal role in advancing IT initiatives and projects across various Industry sectors including finance, industrial, retail, hospitality, IT and manufacturing.
Fabian is what one could commonly refer to has a ‘Geek Boy.’ He simply loves technology and how it is utilised to improve the way we live. He is very passionate about Disruptive Technology such as Blockchain and in order to understand Hyperledger, he built a Hyperledger Fabric network, installed Hyperledger Composer and deployed Smart Contracts written in GoLang, which he taught himself.
One of his favourite quotes is by the late Steve Jobs — ‘Stay hungry, stay foolish.’ He explains it as follows, ‘One should never let a past great achievement deter one from achieving something even greater and one should never think that one knows it all. There is always another who could teach one a thing of three.’

Mitsuru Kawaguchi
Mitsuru is a seasoned management advisor with over 20 years of experience with the emphasis in maximizing corporate value while minimizing risk exposure.
He is very experienced in starting up and expanding new lines of businesses. While at Ernst & Young, he was responsible for business practice start-ups, ranging from data security, business continuity, privacy, and digital forensics, delivering services to both Japanese and foreign corporations.
He is currently the representative partner of a consulting firm which provides risk and technology transformation services to Japanese multinational corporations. He is heavily focused on Enterprise blockchain solutions currently.
