MyCrypto comes to AVADO
We are happy to announce that we have added MyCrypto to the list of packages that AVADO supports for its users. By using the wallet that MyCrypto provides, you can interact with all your crypto accounts, send and receive tokens, view balances and interact with smart contracts on the blockchain.

Eigenverantwortung is a German word translating to “individual responsibility” meaning that you should take responsibility for the things you want to manage autonomously. By using web platforms for managing your crypto (etherscan, infura) you are exposing yourself to third parties with your privacy. They can (and will) match your behaviour to your IP address and create their insights about your crypto holdings and your activities online.
By using the combination of MyCrypto and connecting it to your own node on your AVADO — you can have unprecedented privacy while managing your crypto. Your IP will never be exposed, you are doing all your activities locally on your own hardware — and your box only propagates your transactions over the peer-to-peer (p2p) network after it’s done.
Nobody can eavesdrop on your activities — or combine different addresses, because you are simply not connecting to the outside world anymore for managing your funds. Your outgoing transactions are sent to peers in your network, just like any other normal syncing of the blockchain.
Hardware wallet support
The MyCrypto package also supports interacting with your hardware wallet. If you have a Ledger or other hardware device supported by MyCrypto — you will be able to use it from your computer as well.
