Surfside is a beautiful beach side community in South Florida with amazing oceanfront views. Even though it is only nine blocks long, Surfside has a wide array of activities to serve its residents.

The Beaches
The main attraction in this town is its beach, Surfside Beach, which includes North Shore Open Space Park. It is a beautiful stretch of white sandy beach bordered by a path through the dunes. The Surfside Beach is very well preserved and includes conveniences such as shower facilities, restrooms, picnic tables and concession stands. It also includes a sand path hard enough for jogging so that you can enjoy the aesthetic views of the ocean while on a run or walk.

Surfside also has under construction the Marriott Residence Inn due to open in 2015/2016 and will be another beautiful, valuable structure to add to the town’s value.
