OAK Network’s Ambassador Program: A Year in Review
Introduction
OAK Network’s ambassador program was established with the goal of creating a passionate group of community leaders who believe deeply in the OAK project and its values and our team is incredibly happy with the success of the program. The ambassadors are blockchain automation evangelists, bringing new members into the larger community. Our ambassadors have contributed with an array of activities that have had an impact on the growth of the network. As we look back on the past year, we are excited to share the growth, impact, and success of the program.
Program Growth
The ambassador program began in May 2022 with a total of 7 participants in the first month. By September, the same month as the OAK Network’s crowdloan, the ambassador program had grown by 250% with a total of 18 participants. Currently the ambassador program operates with a total of 55 participants on Crew3/Zealy and 38 reward recipients earning in both TUR tokens and USDT rewards.
Another notable impact from the ambassador program was the implementation of Crew3 which began in January 2023, increasing our program from 14 participants in December 2022 to 26 participants in January 2023. The growth of the ambassador program has been significant and has played a critical role in OAK Network’s growth, development, and success.

- Hosted YouTube and Twitter AMA’s
- Graphic Design
- Social Media moderation (Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Telegram, Rewards Program)
- Onboarding new users
Impact on the OAK Network
The ambassador program has had a significant impact on the growth and development of OAK Network. The activities carried out by the ambassadors have helped to spread awareness of the project and its values, while their contributions have helped to improve the network in various ways. Challenges and Lessons Learned
Throughout the year, the ambassador program faced several challenges. However, these challenges were overcome through communication, collaboration and effective use of technology resources. Platforms like Crew3/Zealy have allowed us to scale into a seamless gamified contribution program.
Moreover, community management and growth analytics platforms allow us to make objective and informed decision. We have applied monthly meetings and other monitoring programs like message and invite tracking with the use of discord integrations.
Our program continues to adapt to the latest innovative resources available. The lessons learned will inform future program development, ensuring that the program continues to be successful in the years to come.
