– 2 cups spring mix
– 1/2 Roma tomato, chopped
– 2 pieces center cut bacon, cooked
– 1 tbsp low-fat cheddar cheese
– 2 tbsp Ranch or Ranch Avocado Bolthouse Farms dressing
