This delicious casserole is perfect for a fun family dinner or party! If your macros allow, you can top it with avocados, greek yogurt (instead of sour cream), fresh cilantro, and a sprinkle of lime juice.

– 2 lb 99% lean ground turkey
– 280g chopped onion
– 24g taco seasoning
– 70g low-fat Mexican blend cheese
– 320g salsa
– 370g canned black beans (rinsed and drained)
– 6–7 low carb high fiber wraps (I used Xtreme Wellness brand)

– 2 cups chopped onion
– 3 tbsp taco seasoning
– 1 cup low-fat Mexican blend cheese
– 1 ½ cups salsa
– 1 ⅓ cups canned black beans (rinsed and drained)
