INGREDIENTS
Avatar Way
– 4 Low Carb Wraps (I used La Tortilla Factory)
– 336g (12oz) grilled chicken
– 28g reduced fat Mexican blend cheese
– 30g Kraft olive oil mayonnaise
– 6g taco seasoning
– 120g sliced avocado
– shredded lettuce (do not need to measure)
– 80g salsa
Common Way
– 4 Low Carb Wraps (I used La Tortilla Factory)
– 2 cups grilled chicken
– ¼ cup reduced fat Mexican blend cheese
– 2 tbsp Kraft olive oil mayonnaise
– 1 tbsp taco seasoning
– 1 sliced avocado
– shredded lettuce (do not need to measure)
– 4 tbsp salsa
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a small bowl mix taco seasoning and mayonnaise to create taco sauce.
- Assemble tacos with even amounts of ingredients. Save avocado, sauce, and lettuce for later.
- Place tacos side by side in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Add avocado, lettuce, and sauce. Enjoy!
