Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are a wonderful excuse to eat dessert for breakfast! Just as the title implies, this recipe should be made the night before eating (at least 6 hours before), covered, and refrigerated.

INGREDIENTS

Avatar Way
– 30g instant oatmeal
– 16g protein powder
– 113g nonfat Greek yogurt
– 5g cocoa powder
– 15g Jif peanut butter powder or PB2
– Stevia/Splenda to taste

Common Way
– ⅓ cup instant oatmeal
– 2 tbsp protein powder
– ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
– 1 tbsp cocoa powder
– 3 tbsp Jif peanut butter powder or PB2
– Stevia/Splenda to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.
  2. Cover and set in fridge overnight (at least 6 hours). It’s that easy! Top with fun toppings of your choice and enjoy!
