These high-fiber rice crispy treats are the perfect any-time snack! They taste even better than store bought rice crispy treats!

INGREDIENTS

Avatar Way
– 100g Jif Whips peanut butter
– 100g Vitafiber syrup
– 21g vanilla whey
– 35g wheat puffs cereal
– Stevia to taste

Common Way
– ½ cup Jif Whips peanut butter
– ¼ cup Vitafiber syrup
– ¼ cup vanilla whey
– 2.5 cups wheat puffs cereal
– Stevia to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Microwave peanut butter until melted completely.
  2. Add Vitafiber, Stevia, and whey. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Slowly add in wheat puffs and mix until everything in the bowl is the same “rice crispy treat” consistency.
  4. Place on a sprayed, small cookie sheet and shape into a flat rectangle, like a big rice crispy treat.
  5. Refrigerate for at least an hour, cut into 8 pieces and enjoy!
