INGREDIENTS

Avatar Way
– 1 egg
– 55g unflavored whey (I used Quest)
– dash garlic salt
– 15g parmesan cheese
– ¼ tsp baking powder
– 28g shredded lowfat cheddar cheese

Common Way
– 1 egg
– ¾ cup unflavored whey (I used Quest)
– dash garlic salt
– 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
– ¼ tsp baking powder
– ¼ cup shredded lowfat cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients except for lowfat cheese. Add water until waffle batter consistency is reached.
  2. Pour into heated waffle maker and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Split waffle in half and place cheese in the middle of each piece.
  4. Toast in a toaster oven until the cheese melts and enjoy!
