Protein French Toast Fluffer Nutter

This french toast is epic! Yes, the carbs are a little higher than most other recipes, but it is so worth it. This makes for a killer post-workout meal! Add a little Walden Farms 0 calorie pancake syrup to seal the deal.

INGREDIENTS

Avatar Way
– 2 pieces low-calorie bread (I use 35 calorie Healthy Life brand)
– 100g liquid egg whites
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– stevia to taste
– 15g PB2 or Jif Peanut Butter Powder
– 24g Marshmallow Crème

Common Way
– 2 pieces low-calorie bread (I use 35 calorie Healthy Life brand)
– ¼ cup liquid egg whites
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– stevia to taste
– 3 tbsp PB2 or Jif Peanut Butter Powder
– 2 tbsp Marshmallow Crème

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine stevia, egg whites, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Soak bread in the egg white mixture and cook over medium heat sprayed stovetop pan. Flip when done.
  3. In a small bowl, combine a little water with PB2 until a peanut butter consistency is reached.
  4. When French Toast is completely done cooking, place PB2 and marshmallow creme between the pieces of bread to create the sandwich.
  5. Top with Walden Farms 0 calorie syrup and enjoy!
