INGREDIENTS

– 100g banana (1 banana)
– 100g fat free cottage cheese
– 20g chopped strawberries
– 50g blackberries
– 15g high fiber/low calorie blueberry or strawberry syrup (I used Mancakes blueberry high fiber syrup)
– Stevia/Splenda to taste
Common Way
– 1 banana
– ½ cup fat free cottage cheese
– ¼ cup chopped strawberries
– ⅓ cup blackberries
– 2 tbsp high fiber/low calorie strawberry or blueberry syrup (I used Mancakes blueberry high fiber syrup)
– Stevia/Splenda to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Slice banana down the middle and place in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix cottage cheese and stevia to taste to make the “ice cream.” Place this on top of the banana.
- Wash fruit, chop into small pieces and place on top of cottage cheese and banana.
- Drizzle wit high fiber/low calories syrup and enjoy!
