Simple & Delicious Brownie Batter Protein Dip

This makes the perfect dip for fruit, cookies, protein bars, and even pretzels! It’s also great on top of ice cream or oatmeal. If you aren’t currently blessed with tons of carb macros, it’s delicious by itself!

INGREDIENTS

Avatar Way
– 150g ripe banana, mashed
– 50g chocolate whey
– 24g Jif Whips Peanut Butter
– 14g coconut flour
– 25g cocoa powder (I used Hershey’s dark)
– Stevia to taste
– Cashew or almond milk to consistency

Common Way
– 1 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
– ⅓ cup chocolate whey
– 2 tbsp Jif Whips Peanut Butter
– 2 tbsp coconut flour
– 5 tbsp cocoa powder (I used Hershey’s dark)
– Stevia to taste
– Cashew or almond milk to consistency

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into food processor and blend until brownie batter consistency is reached. That’s it! Enjoy!
