I Finally Understand Tail Running

Lake Tahoe from the Tahoe Rim Trail

So today's run was from Kings Beach up to Brockwell Summit Whereby I joined the Tahoe 200 route and the Tahoe Rim Trail. It was the first time I could sink my teeth into a proper segment of the Tahoe 200 in which from Aid Station to Aid Station / Brockwell Summit to Tahoe City was 34 km with just over 1000 meters of elevation gain… This is a segment I believe I will be doing in the night, so it was great to get out there and do the route recon today. I thought to make some running footage of the magnificent trail which is all made up of single track in order for you guys to get a taste of the incredible trail running here in Tahoe.
