Aves Lair, is an NYC-based venture capital firm focused on developing a global ecosystem of innovation and resources for startups to shape the future of the internet and power the new web.
We invest up to $100k in initial funding to companies accepted in the program, as part of our effort to help innovation across diverse business verticals in the web3 space and help drive growth and scale quickly.
The 12 weeks program gives access to over 50 mentors and experts; providing a hyperconnected platform that helps founders take advantage of our network of global industry and academic leaders. We prioritise founders, understand their business needs, and help them realise their full potential to build notable companies positioned for global success
Altogether, Aves Lair wants to help founders operate at their maximum capacity, get them to a haven where they can efficiently synthesise and realise disruptive ideas, and overcome their business difficulties.

How to Apply
We have designed the application process for the Summer Cohort 2022 to be easy and flexible. It starts with filling out an online application form, after which the Aves Lair team will reach out for a discovery call to adequately understand your company’s elements and understand your business processes. Next, a tech demo call is scheduled — Aves Lair cares about founders’ technical and product needs and wants to ensure we are connected with companies we can add value to and strategize action plans based on needs. A third call with the mentors follows, and lastly, a full review of the entire process is done to finalise the selection.
Selected founders are accepted into the program and would be afforded different startup solutions ranging from fundraising, legal, Marketing & PR to program development and in-house technical support. Aves Lair also offers custom-fit token engineering support and helps fine-tune your business model to achieve a product-market fit.

For flexibility, the accelerator program will run fully remote and virtual; however, there might be opportunities to visit Aves Lair’s NYC office or in other US cities for in-person events in the future.
Everything does not end after the accelerator program — we have put things in place to ensure a continuous long-term relationship with founders and teams. As early-stage investors in these companies, we will be committed to helping them achieve their milestones and targets while providing value to them every step of the way.
Timeline: We will keep the application open until 30/06/2022 and aim to start the next cohort at the beginning of July 2022.
