AvesHack Grants Program Prize Winners
The AvesLair team is excited to announce the results of the AvesHack Grants Program!
We launched AvesHack 2022 Grants Program across the world, to foster greater developments in the new Aptos ecosystem. Throughout this journey, we hope to continue to support top projects and builders who have the potential to drive growth and traction in the Move ecosystem. The hackathon has attracted many Web3 enthusiasts, from innovative technology experts to startups and newcomers.
Specifically, this Grants Program attracted more than 300 developers and 103 projects were submitted. Congratulations to everyone hacking! It was great to see so many high-quality projects.

Smooswap
SmooSwap is a next-generation liquidity platform that provides Aggregation as a Service to businesses and consumers in order to tackle the issue of DeFi deserts and provide cross-chain liquidity with faster execution and lower costs, eliminating bridging and liquidity security issues that has been the major loss drivers in the crypto market in 2022. It uses a set of smart contracts to keep track of all transaction history, leverages zero-knowledge proof techniques for security, and employs a hybrid off-chain and on-chain design to reduce storage costs and minimize user exposure while providing an efficient and user-friendly experience with the help of frontend user interface, backend core, and cross-chain coordinators.

Tanpopo
Tanpopo is a Decentralized Identifier (DID) wallet that aims to provide a smooth transition from web2 to web3 by subsidizing gas fees for users, reducing learning costs and operational complexity. It also offers a custom social recovery strategy, where users can designate emergency contacts to initiate a key reset, and supports the import and export of other wallets, multiple accounts, and asset whitelist configurations. The ultimate goal of Tanpopo is to become a middleware technology building a decentralized society (Desoc), a community-based collaboration platform that serves as a powerful data analytics platform for protocols to mint, process, analyze, store and protect soulbound token data bridged from web2 space.

Star (Aster Protocol)
Star is a decentralized platform that aims to build the first social network aggregator and provide decentralized commerce infrastructure for goods and services in the online and offline world, in order to accelerate the ownership economy or “Creator Economy”. By creating the first on-chain identity aggregation protocol (Aster Protocol) in the internet world, Star provides a hub for multi-chain Web3 protocols that enable on-chain Web3 features over traditional social media platforms, bridging all Web2 social platforms and Web3 applications. The platform also includes the Star Name Service, which serves as a decentralized ICANN to enable users to easily deploy a variety of domain names on blockchain platforms, and the Star dApps Ecosystem, which includes a variety of applications for social, commerce, and marketing services. Star is also collaborating with major players in the real estate and entertainment industries to promote the adoption and tokenization of NFTs.

Koizumi is a decentralized platform that aims to provide a new way of social interaction on the blockchain by using NFTs and smart contracts.
