This section of Awake & Alive Mind will publish stories of personal experiences that provided insight into consciousness.

Also included here are visceral studies of consciousness. Some have argued that consciousness is not a product of mind alone, but of the integrated inputs from mind and body. Visceral studies are personal experimentation on the mind-body connection as it relates to consciousness. Approaches to modulate self awareness will be discussed.
