AWIP was established to help foster and develop the next generation of women product leaders. To achieve this goal, we focus and excel on providing quality programming for our members, that are not only focused on developing key skills to be a successful PM, but also to develop key networking and presentation skills that are necessary to build the influence of a product leader.

We also believe that to truly implement gender equality across the board that we also need to invest in the young and grow them to be the best leaders of their times. To help drive our mission forward, AWIP is proud to support Hip Hop Leaders for their 2018 Teen Global Cyber Security & A.I. Conference July 6th — 8th, 2018 at University of California, Berkeley. They are a California based 501(c)3 non-profit who teach youth through what they know best — technology and the hip hop culture. Using Hip Hop as part of their art, they genuinely engage teens into STEM careers. Isn’t that cool?
