Hey, Cost Explorer (CE) will Introduce a New Legal Entity Filter Value
AWS has announced that starting on October 1, 2022, for new reports, Cost Explorer (CE) will introduce a new Legal Entity filter value, Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL.
What this means is that if you are using the CE API, you should modify your internal process to account for the change. The changes in Cost and Usage Report (CUR), bill/InvoicingEntity, and lineItem/LegalEntity fields will reflect Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL. Historical CURs will continue to reflect AWS EMEA SARL. If you use CUR, please modify your internal process to account for this change.
