At Axeleo we take very seriously our responsibility to have a great impact on the ecosystem, the economy and the society. That is why we signed the Principle for Responsible Investment in August, we published at B2B Rocks the portraits of 40 women in B2B to promote gender equality in tech in September, and this month we signed the charter SISTA to accelerate the funding of women.
In 2018, only 9% of startups were founded by women and they received 5% of the total VC funding of the year. The aim is to close the gap reaching 25% of startups founded by women and funded by VC, by 2025, and 50% by 2050.
