What is the working language of B2B Rocks?
As most of the international conferences, B2B Rocks keynotes, roundtables and workshops are in English. You can communicate with the organizing team, in both English or French.

How do I get to B2B Rocks?
Using public transports, you can either take the Metro line 6 at the station Chevaleret, or both the Metro line 14 and RER C at the station Bibliothèque François Mitterrand. Taxis and Uber can drop you just in front of the building at the following address 5 Parvis Alan Turing, 75013 Paris.
What are the opening/closing times?
On Thursday the 12th of September, the doors open at 9:00 am. The conference starts at 9:30 am. The lunch is planned between 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm. Finally, the doors close at 7:00 pm.

Why do I need a code to book a ticket?
B2B Rocks is a highly qualitative and exclusive event for B2B startup founders, C-level from corporations and investors. To make sure you get the greatest networking opportunities, we filter registrations and give the access codes to the B2B leaders only.
How can I get a code?

Do I need to print my ticket?
You need either the confirmation email with the QR code or the printed ticket to attend B2B Rocks 2019. Please bring your ID for a security check.
Are the tickets nominatives?
Yes, tickets are nominatives. You will receive a dedicated badge at the entrance with your name, role, and company on it. Make sure to give us the right information when you book the ticket.
How can I change my information?

What is the reimbursement policy?
Ticket can be reimbursed up to 30 days before the date of the event. Make sure to contact us by August 11th, at firstname.lastname@example.org

I can’t find my confirmation e-mail or my pass!
If you have issues with your pass or confirmation email, send us an email at email@example.com. We will send it back to you if your registration has been completed.
Where can I find the invoice for the purchase of my pass?
