Axie DoLL Becomes First Builder’s Program Project On App.Axie
Players that run out of shields can now purchase the asset using $SLP

A new Axie Infinity experience has officially had a beta release as Axie DoLL can now be accessed through App.Axie.
Axie DoLL, short for Defenders of Lunacian Land, requires shields in order to participate in the ranked matches of the game. Shields can be bought through the Axie DoLL website for 40 $SLP per shield. Players who enlist their Axies in the Rank Mode need to pay 1,200 $SLP and will receive 10 free shields along with a soul bound badge for their Axies.
“Beta launch and getting listed on app.axie is a huge milestone for us, it means that our game has passed the standard for a ronin ecosystem web3 game,” Tiyo Triyanto, one of the developers of Axie DoLL, along with, Patryk Szeląg, Paulina Mołas, and Lars Crawford, told the Axie Archives. “Hopefully, it will give more indie devs [motivation] to build on the Ronin ecosystem”
The addictive third party game, who is currently having its second generation Sidekicks sale, was one of the first playable Axie Builder’s Program games that the community embraced upon early testing. The beta version not only releases a more stable version of the game, but also has a mechanic that can impact the macro Axie economy.
The leaderboards now emits $SLP without having to mint new ones as 70% of all sales will be pooled and used as the source of the rewards. The game will reward the top 50 players with at least 1% of the prize pool, but the first placer wins 20% of the pool. The interesting part is that 10% of the pooled $SLP will be burned, a feature that can help the Axie ecosystem the more players interact with Axie DoLL.
“Axie doll is another example of infinite experiences that web3 games in Ronin ecosystem will be,” Triyanto added. “We have Origins, we have Raylights, and now we have Axie DoLL, which is developed by a small team of indie developers just a couple of months ago.”
Season 0 starts from December 16, 2022 till January 6th, 2023.
