Two tricky brain teasers for analytical thinkers, curious human-beings and all of you who’s looking for some brain fitness.
Yesterday I had a 3 -hour flight from London, so I’ve decided to not waste my time and train my curious excited brain a bit.
I downloaded a pack of math & stats riddles from the vastness of internet and after solving 13 riddles, I decided I want to share my favourites from yesterday’s flight.
I hope they’ll help you test your analytical and statistical skills as well as make your brain bust a bit.

1. Boy or Girl?
The problem comes from probability theory and is also known as “The Two Child Problem”.
Riddle: Mr. Smith has two children. At least one of them is a boy.
Question: What is the probability that both children are boys?
2. MP3 Player
Riddle: An old dusty MP3 player is set to play songs at random. There are 15 songs in memory of the old player. Every song can be played at random and repeated. Out of 15 songs:
