For the record, I am a strong Bernie Sanders supporter, and I don’t believe that Biden can beat Trump in the general. But that’s not why I’m responding. You base part of your article on TDMS.
“TDMS Research” is a fictional entity, and the results shown on his site are bogus. It’s difficult to say if he is part of a disinformation campaign, but to be sure, his spurious results are being used by others in memes to spread disinformation and create discord plus a mistrust in our election process.
This has to stop.
Creating an atmosphere of “OMG RIGGED” generates apathy and non-participation, particularly in less experienced voters — after all, why wait in line if their vote is meaningless, right?
Pushing the narrative that there is “massive vote fraud” is a horrible and stealth form of VOTER SUPPRESSION.
We have a lot of problems in our election system: Gerrymandering, registration purges, confusing absentee instructions. But vote count fraud is not among these, and definately not at the precinct level, and not enough to change an outcome. One rare instance is the hacking of a central server in Georgia in 2014, when that server was left unprotected and connected to the internet for six months.
There are a myriad reasons why elections go the way they do, and these are well understood by political scientests and researchers. Vote fraud at precincts that can change an outcome is not one of these factors. Not in the United States.
SIDE NOTE: TDMS is not an organization, it’s just a guy with the initials TDMS. His math is wrong, and is tantamount to intellectual fraud. I have ben researching this for an article breaking this down. It is very useful to note that he has recently changed his website from claims of “it’s fraud” to “we make no claims of fraud” after he was thoroughly debunked.
For an article that goes into depth of how wrong those numbers are, please see this artical on Election Fraud.
