LilChirp
LilChirp is an automated outbound phone call solution for businesses. In this you can integrate dialogflow and can record an audio or upload a recording file with the tags mentioned in dialogflow and can run campaigns for selected numbers. It will help to reduce manual work of calling every individual person.
FEATURES OF LilChirp
- Recordings :- In the recording section , you can record an audio or upload a recording file for your flow with the tags which should be mentioned in dialogflow.
2. Whatsapp :- You can add messages with the tags which should be mentioned in dialogflow. You can add the “whatsapp” tag as another text response in the intent of dialogflow wherever you want to send the Whatsapp message.
3. Audience :- You can add numbers manually or you can upload excel file with the “FirstName”, “LastName” and “PhoneNum”.
Note:-A sample file is given. So, create an excel file in the same format
Duplicate numbers:- If you add number which is already present in any of the list, it will show pop-up of “Duplicate Numbers Found” and if you add same number in same list it will again show pop-up of “Duplicate Entry XXXXXXXXXX”.
4. Campaign:- In the campaign section, you can choose the audience list and can run it by clicking on the “Run Campaign” button .
After the call is triggered you can see the status of the call , call cost and recording of the call.
Filter Calls:- LilChirp provides a functionality to filter out calls on basis of whether calls are disconnected or failed. It can be used to create new campaign with filter out calls.
Filter Outcome:- LilChirp provides a fabulous feature to track which call reached to which point or up to which recording is played. To use it, tick the checkbox in front of each recording. Now these recording names will be visible under outcome option inside campaign run details.
5. Integration :- In the Integration section, you need to upload dialogflow credential file and also need to upload language.

6. Call settings:- There are 2 sections in it- “Caller Id” and “transfer numbers”
In “Caller Id”, you can add the number which you want to show to your audience.
In “Transfer Call”, you can add the number of any agent or anyone whom you want to transfer the call if the audience wants to connect with any live agent.
7. Advance Settings :- In Advance settings, you can Integrate your own Voximplant with Lilchirp.
8. Profile Settings :- You can add or edit your personal information.
9.Subscription :- You need to select any plan to run the campaign.
Note:- Initially we provide $1-USD to every new user by which users can run campaigns for 5 or less phone numbers or to make more calls please make sure you have a subscription on LilChirp.
10. Top- up :- You can add an amount to your account which will be used for campaign run.
