Let me start with explaining the title which is a famous quote by one of the most interesting professors at California Institute of Technology, Richard Feynman. Quantum mechanics is so counterintuitive that anyone claiming to fully understand it and grasp all the concepts I will explain later on, will certainly have overlooked some aspects of it.
