Our Axum community of unique individuals has allowed us to overcome obstacles and limitations. We have worked around the clock to bring our product to your doorstep, thanks to your support.

We know our product is unique, we believe deeply in what we are doing but what has really allowed us to accomplish our goals day in day out, has been a community of people who believe we can do it!

The coffee cup you are drinking from at the moment, your smart phone, the roof over your head, EVERYTHING has been made possible due to a community and not based on one individual. We are so proud that AXUM has attracted a community of forward thinking people who believe that anything can be made possible.
You are the foundation of Axum. You have helped us evolve from a sketched model to a real and tangible product that we are so proud of. We couldn’t have made it here without you. In summary of all of this, I want to say thank you, On behalf of everyone at Axum, we appreciate you so much!
Now I want to get real with you for a second.
We faced a giant hurdle during production. We realized that we actually needed to resize our ear buds. This meant almost starting from scratch. I felt completely overwhelmed. I sat at home with this realization, feeling defeated. My kids raced around me, suddenly I truly felt like I didn’t know where I was and how I fit into this life I had created for myself. I felt like I was letting people down, especially my family and this amazing community of people.
Little did I know, this hurdle was a key part of my journey.
How?
We came into contact with a company that specializes in inspection and production.
They had turned a start-up called Mobileye into a multi-billion dollar company(who just sold to Intel for 15.3 billion dollars!)
In my time of doubt, I didn’t realize that this hurdle was meant to happen.
Why?
We wouldn’t have found the leaders in the industry in inspection and production. The key that was missing all along was to find a reliable partner. Like I said earlier, nothing is accomplished alone.
Knowing that these people had great success before, we knew that they could be trusted. That they would provide us with the knowledge to create and even better product than we had imagined! This was exciting news!
We expected the process to take much longer. After all, we had to redesign and test our product all over again.
Thanks to our new partners, this time was cut in half. We were 100% right to put our trust in them. And now we have a product that’s been inspected by the best in the industry.
China is leading in tech and development,
They have sent rockets into outer space,
But somehow you buy a pack of mechanical pens and they all break as soon as you try and use them,
What’s the difference?
That’s right,
INSPECTION!
We hit our rock bottom when we decided to change the size,
But as everyone knows, hitting your rock bottom is your greatest catalyst for change.
Yes, we knew we should have done this a long time ago, but it’s better late than never!
We are so confident that we are about to revolutionize the ear-bud industry!
Several months ago we went back to the drawing board, and today we are testing our final results!
As you know most TWS earbuds fail today, and that’s in spite of great teams of people and amazing designs- success ultimately depends on having the perfect manufacturer by your side.
We decided to change manufacturers at the last minute because we knew that we needed the best of the best to insure a reliable finished product.
Since then, we found our match.
The moment we took a look at the first prototype and tried it for ourselves, we fell in love. It met our high standards and it was what we had always dreamed of.
The bass was so strong and hit perfect highs. The sound transported us to another place, another realm. And it was AWESOME!
Now you know why we “went dark” for several months :)
We were SO BUSY that we didn’t even have the time to communicate with our families and friends, and most importantly our supporters! So we appreciate your patience and understanding!
And as the manufacturer is one of the most important thing in your business,
we were never too thrilled to share videos and images from the factory
as I must admit- we do afraid of competition.
We’ll be able to share more once we move it to our warehouse (when this happens we wont stop sharing videos, even after we start shipping):
Yes I know you’re eager to get the ear buds and try them out for yourself,
But I also know that you want us to ship a finished & tested product-
So don’t worry about it, we’re on it! That’s exactly what we’ve been up to these days.
Thanks to our incredible partners, we moved forward with production. What we thought would have taken 6–8months took us much less and as you can see we’re at our final stage of testing!
-Battery testing: To insure the batteries are durable, long lasting and SAFE. There have been cases of poor quality batteries exploding due to lack of inspection and testing! Our battery is brand new, to insure a longer life span, but of course we need to test it multiple times! You can’t be assured the same quality and safety when you buy earbuds from china on eBay for 60–80$
Sound quality (Stadium effects) : Every change in design affects the quality of sound. We have been testing the sound after each small tweak, to insure our sound quality reaches our standards.
Originally the Axum earbuds were 30% bigger than they are now, this meant that they didn’t fit as well as we wanted them to! Now we have discovered the perfect size which fits more comfortably for everyone and insures it will stay in place!
If you saw our last video, than you know that the bigger design was able to hold securely in your ear even while doing a backflip with your bike- so just imagine what you can do with the new smaller better-fit Axum design.
We also re-sized the case. We know less is more, that’s why we want to make everything about AXUM as convenient as possible. When you grab your ear-buds and case in the morning, ready to head out on an adventure, we want to make sure that everything fits comfortably in your pocket.
