Fundchain App Beta Launch

Put in simple words that is our goal, with the Fundchain App we want to help you save money using the blockchain. We want to help you plan & increase your financial savings in a manner which will benefit you immensely using the blockchain as the base technology & achieve financial inclusion.
As announced previously our Fundchain App has officially released its public beta version today. We are excited this has been one of our major milestones with the hard work and focus of the team we have been able to complete the app. So we wanted to share few more details about our beta version.
The AZ Fundchain Beta version of the App will be deployed initially on the Ropsten Test Network. The Testnet is an alternative Ethereum blockchain, to be used for testing. Testnet coins are separate and distinct from actual coins, and are never supposed to have any value which helps our users to beta test the app without any lose of real coins. The most popular public testnet is called Ropsten which is the one we are deploying our beta app on. Ropsten is useful during later stage contract development. Ropsten is essentially the Ethereum network with free ETH.
Once the Fundchain App is downloaded there is a simple signup process.
Firstly the most important thing to do after signing up on the app is to go to the settings and select Network option and choose Ropsten network before you start using the app.
To receive the ETH in the Fundchain wallet while on the Ropsten network there are two options.
- Through the Ropsten Ethereum Faucet. Go to the below link and enter the receiving address given in your wallet for ETH. This will send free ETH to your Fundchain wallet to use in the App.

2. Through MetaMask. Login into your MetaMask wallet and select the Ropsten Test network and then you can send required ETH to you fundchain wallet using the receiving address given in your Fundchain wallet for ETH.
These are the two methods for getting free ETH in the Ropsten test network. Remember Testnet coins are separate and distinct from actual coins, and are never supposed to have any value which helps our users to beta test the app without any lose of real coins. Never send real ETH to the receiving address in the Ropsten Test network this will result in the loss of the transfered ETH.
After the wallet receives the ETH you can start using the App by making moneycircles and inviting your friends, family and members of the community to join. The moneycircle works like in a normal ROSCA. The admin of each circle invites the members to participate in the circle and also decides the time intervals for the payouts. Once all the invited members accept the circle begins. During the payout in the moneycircles the payment form all members in the circle is send to the admin of the circle and the admin then sends it to the person who is suppose to receive the payout in that turn.
The Beta version of the App will initially launch with only ETH activated in the wallet. Within the next 10 days AZT will be also activated in the wallet for the users to access. Free AZT for the Ropsten test network can also be received in the similar method as the ETH.
The Beta version of the Fundchain App is first being made available on Android. You can download the App from the below link. The ios beta version of the App will be released in the next few days as we are awaiting approval from the Apple store after submitting the app for listing on the app store, it is part of a standard procedure for the ios app store.
