Telegram channel update

With the Beta app live in both the app stores and more moneycircles being tested each week, we’re coming to the end of the first phase of Fundchain. Next up is to refine our other features in the app & to reach more users. Test the crowdfunding features in more depth to rectify the errors and fix bugs over the next few months and focus on what we can do to make fundchain more accessible platform.

As we end this first phase and look toward growing the platform itself, we’ve decided to stop using the Telegram chatroom as a way to communicate. We’re still going to keep the current Fundchain Telegram announcement channel active to keep in touch with our token holders, and there will be email support for the users always available.

Our telegram channel has been an incredible community to be part of and watching it grow from its inception to where it is now has been an amazing journey, the channel has grown as we have. It was absolutely critical to our platform and served as the ideal place to share news with the community and hear their feedback. The added bonus of this has been to get to know so many of the wonderful characters contained within, who know the platform wouldn’t be what it is without them.

But now as our platform has gone live in Beta we feel the time is right for us to close the group as we develop and move as an organization. This is not to say we are cutting all ties with our community. We’re still going to keep the current Fundchain Telegram announcement channel active to keep in touch with everyone, and there will be email support for the users always available. This will allow us to receive feedback from the community in a more structured & less time-consuming way. Community feedback is still crucially important to us especially in these early platform days hence why we are keeping our announcement channel and emails active on a constant basis. Anyone who emails info@azfundchain.io will always find a team member on the other end to respond.

We realize some will miss the group, and while inevitable, every project finds it difficult to know when to close down Telegram, but as the activity in the group has waned and is largely driven by a handful of voices it seems a poor allocation of resources to monitor and engage with the group 24/7.

We will be keeping our announcement channel where we will be posting on a more frequent basis to keep the community updated.

It’s been an incredible journey and we have nothing but heartfelt thanks for those who engaged in the channel and we still very much want to hear from you, it will simply be in achieved in a different way. We’re not going anywhere and hope that you will always stay tuned; in the Announcements channel, on our social channels and via email, to see where your wonderful support has led.
