Bringing Us Closer to Our Customers
In Silicon Valley there’s a lot of lip service devoted to “talking to customers” but too often it’s a practice that is left by the wayside as startups begin to grow.
At Azlo we are building a company where talking to our customers is front and center, where our customers are instrumental in helping us create the best small business banking product for a new generation of entrepreneurs.
We are not just talking about customer service chat bots and Zendesk (although we will utilize those too) but actually engaging in conversation with, and understanding the needs of, the community we are serving.
To get started, we have put in place a number of practices like the Founders Circle, a private Facebook Group, and live events. Over the next year we will be experimenting with innovative product feedback loops and look forward to being in communication with our users.
Our Founders Circle is an exclusive group of early adopters that will have a key role in helping us fine-tune the early Azlo features. This group will get free lifetime access to all future product releases and invites to special events.
We are much more than just a banking platform
As an Azlo member, users are part of a connected community of side hustlers,freelancers, and small business owners. Through our platform, we make it easier for our community of doers to share and connect on-line and off. Through our Entrepreneur Success Hub (coming soon) users will be able to share content, participate in industry conversations, and get access to useful tools.
Azlo will also be hosting member events in cities across the country. These curated gatherings will bring together local entrepreneurs and serve as listening sessions for the Azlo team.
