Azuro Staking on Sophon Is Live: Stake AZUR & Earn Sophon Points
Azuro has recently formed a collaboration with Sophon to boost prediction app development on the entertainment ecosystem using ZkSync’s technology. To celebrate this collaboration, Azuro and Sophon are providing a way for the Azuro community to stake AZUR on Sophon’s staking platform https://farm.sophon.xyz/. Along with other Sophon partners, such as Aethir and Beam, Azuro now allows its token holders to participate in Sophon’s farming program, which allocates 10% of the SOPH token supply for farming rewards.
Sophon is designed for high-throughput applications related to gaming, artificial intelligence, and entertainment, while Azuro is a predictions layer between dApps and the blockchain that provides the tooling to bootstrap the development of prediction applications, as well as an oracle and liquidity solutions.
Now, our collaboration is going a step further to show exactly how the Azuro community will benefit from this partnership. The answer is AZUR. You can now use AZUR to get Sophon points and participate in the Sophon farming program, leading to a more diversified portfolio of SOPH and AZUR for you.
Stake Your AZUR with Sophon
Starting 23 July 2024, AZUR holders can utilize their AZUR tokens on Sophon’s platform to farm Sophon Points (SP). These points will be converted to SOPH tokens once the Sophon Mainnet goes live and they launch their SOPH token.
How Does AZUR Staking on Sophon Work?
AZUR staking on Sophon staking page, https://farm.sophon.xyz/, is quite simple, designed with a streamlined user-friendly experience in mind. Users are recommended to review Sophon’s staking platform documentation for full details.
1. Go to Sophon’s official staking platform and connect the crypto wallet where you have received AZUR.
2. Select the Farm option, which will take you to the available staking pools.
3. Choose the AZUR staking pool.
4. Click Deposit and enter the number of tokens you wish to stake. Make your deposit and watch your SP points accumulate daily.
