Print Shop Tip: Converting Word to PDF

Have you ever attempted to submit a document online, to Phillips, only to receive dozens of copies of something that look like your original?

If you have ever had issues converting your Word documents to PDF, without losing key formatting features (font, spacing, margins, etc.) please follow these steps for an “identical” conversion:

• Open your Word file
• File
• Save As
• Change File Format to “PDF”
• Select “Best for printing”
• Export
