Photograph by Author. the Australian Bush. Nature’s Gift!

Synthesised by sentiment
Honed by will and grace
Inspired by instinct
Moving from place to place.

Pearls dropped in the ocean
The moon determines tides
Pieces of possibilities
Whatever she decides.

Conceived through creativity
An affinity with nature
Pearls of wisdom blossom
Gitche Manitou is the maker.

Smooth and subtle tactile too
Surfaces so smooth
Meant to touch her autumn blush
The smooth soft skin of youth.

Sinuous and stretching
Reaching for the sky
Arms of strength and suppleness
The apple of my eye.

Somnolent and satisfied
Drifting into sleep
Stepping on the sandstone
Cruising near the creek.

Dreams it seems are satisfied
The memories are swift
Being there and everywhere
Enjoying Nature’s gift.
