Spotify on desktop vs. on Android

I’m guessing they’ve got one team working on the desktop app, a different team working on the Android app and no content person to span the two which would ensure a holistic product experience. Why else would this feature be called differently between the two apps?
UI copy should be consistent whatever the platform — you always strive to serve the same (brand / product) experience. So Spotify, please settle on either ‘Queue’ or ‘Up Next’.
