Have you ever heard of personality archetypes? They were cataloged by the Swiss psychologist Carl Jung. There are 12 and each archetype represents a set of patterns, values, worldviews, and beliefs that define a personality. And what are they? As we have already mentioned, there are 12 in total, each one with its particularity and unique essence, but let’s talk about The Magician, which is Badico’s archetype. He has as a pillar the transformation of reality and common sense. He is mysterious, ironic, causes illusion, and a lot of magic, as the name implies. But the Magician also has other characteristics such as courage, freedom, innovation, and creation of disruptive ideas, which end up being seen as “crazy”.

The archetype comes with the mission of joining all these pillars into a single thing that easily and clearly defines who your company is. It strengthens the essence and goes beyond the material good without any value, after all, people are getting tired of shallow speeches whose only objective is to generate sales. We at Badico believe in crazy people and ideas, which are transformed into products, but still have our essence, without losing beauty and meaning.
