Ombudsman conducts workshop on complaints

Manama, Nov19(BNA)The Ombudsman General Secretariat held a two-day training workshop on “Investigating Serious Complaints”. Northern Ireland’s former Prisoner Ombudsman Pauline McCabe and Senior Investigating Officer Clare McVeigh delivered lectures as part of the workshop which ended on November 18. The workshop aims at honing the skills of the Ombudsman’s personnel to deal with serious complaints, as part of cooperation with relevant British institutions, and keep them abreast of latest practices.
