CAT SEES THE SKY

A very cute cat lived with a family.The cat was well looked after. It was more of a family member than a pet. It was given a separate room and led a jolly life.

This cat had a very unusual habit. It would sleep during the day and would stay awake all night. It would sit outside all night looking at the night sky. Because of this routine,the cat never saw the bright sky. It always thought that the colour of the sky was indigo.It was quite surprising to the family too. But they were used to the cat’s routine.

One morning,the cat was sleeping as usual. The family members were sitting in the garden enjoying the sunshine.The children were playing with a balloon.While playing,one of the kids popped the balloon. THHHAAPPPPPPPP. It made a loud sound. The cat woke up and hurriedly came outside.It saw the sunshine for the very first time and was blinded for a minute. It saw the bright blue sky and green trees and beautiful flowers. All were glittering under the sun. The cat was happy and it lay down on the green grass basking in the sun. It was,indeed, a beautiful discovery by the cat.
