There was a cat. It was very cute and it was big. It was a street cat and often depended on the food given by the people of the locality. It had chosen a locality for itself and it would spend an entire day there.

The cat was liked by everyone except for one thing. It’s sleeping habit. It always slept on the vehicles parked in the locality. Mostly on scooters. They were parked in the shade and it would conveniently climb on the seat and would never leave. People used to have a hard time in driving this cat away to use their scooters. It would scratch and hurt the person who tried to wake it from it’s deep sleep. This became a regular thing and the cat soon became a menace.

Now people were worried. They thought of so many ideas to get rid of the cat. Finally they settled on one. All the residents parked their scooters under the scorching sun one afternoon. The cat as usual came to take it’s nap and climbed on the seat of one scooter. It screamed in pain as the seat had become so hot. It jumped on all the scooters and every seat was hot. Finally it jumped down and ran towards the shade. It sat under the tree on a cool grass. The cat finally found it’s place and the people too lived peacefully.
