THE CAT SERIES: BURNT TONGUE

There was a cat. It was very pretty and was adored by everyone. It had one bad habit.It would sneak into the homes of the people and drink the milk.It would target one house a day and would finish the job.

People in the neighbourhood, suspected the cat. It always had milk on it’s whiskers. Finally,people decided to teach cat a lesson.

One morning,the cat wandered in the neighbourhood as usual.It saw a bowl of milk readily available in the corner of the street.It became happy and rushed to it.It licked some milk and jumped screaming.It saw the milk carefully this time and realized that it was hot.It badly burnt it’s tongue.From then on,it asked people whenever it wanted milk. It became a good cat.
