The blood of Bud stains the sidewalk shortly after he is shot by Baltimore Police. This poem is inspired by Devin Allen, who rushed there, and shot these photographs, because nobody else will speak the truth.

Fuck
a
country
that kills a man
and then

Tortures those left alive

By making them
the only conduits
for
the
Truth.
