Introducing the new Bamboo app

Our vision has always been to change the way busy people eat, and without having seamless and frictionless product to do that, we’ll never achieve that goal.

Over the past few weeks we’ve updated the Bamboo app on iOS and Android with a new look and feel. We listened to our users, we looked at how people were using Bamboo and made a few changes.

We’ve changed how loyalty works ❤️

Look out for the orange points symbol, once you’ve collected enough points, they will automatically redeem against certain items in that store.

Special instructions📝

Probably one of our most requested additions, so we’re sorry about the delay. Special instructions allows users to customise items, just like you would in-store.

Ordering has changed ⚡️

We’ve learned a lot about how people order lunch and coffee over the last few months, and unsurprisingly people order food when they’re hungry, and they want it as soon as possible. That’s why we’ve made ordering even simpler. Before you order we give you an estimated ready time with one tap ordering.

Order cancelling ✋

For the trigger fingers out there, we now give you a few seconds to cancel before your order is placed.

We touched every part of the product to make it faster and easier for you to order what you want, from items quantities to notifications — and we’re just getting started.
