What To Expect In Your First Virtual Hackathon
If you’ve never participated in a virtual hackathon before, here’s what to expect. Band Protocol, Cosmos & Agoric will provide education, training, and support throughout the entire length of the hackathon. You’re most definitely going to meet new friends and connections with the possibility of winning some money too.
A virtual hackathon is not a sprint — it doesn’t necessarily have the 24-hour intensity of an in-person hackathon (though feel free to schedule some all-nighters, if you’d like). It’s recommended to allocate your time sparingly over the hacking period; you can allocate your time sparingly to make progress on your projects without burning out.

Judging panel will be composed of experienced leaders from Cosmos, Agoric and Band Protocol who will review all submissions and participate in a vote.
The best submissions, as voted by the judges at the end of the hackathon, will be chosen as the winners!
