Amphawa is an ancient trading point at the side arm of the Maeklong River highly popular among Thai tourists and protected by UNESCO. It offers a huge variety of food, shopping opportunities for local products and vintage items. Though we’re specialized in the surroundings of Amphawa we understand the popularity of this beautiful canal market and have designed a weekend getaway to experience Amphawa and its surroundings.

OPERATING ON DEMAND
START TIME & TRANSFER DAY 1:
- Pick up time depends on hotel location between 6:30 — 7:00 a.m. Transfer to Mahachai, one of Thailand’s largest seafood ports. Setting across the river to take the local train to the famous train market.
- Visit the famous local train market
- Transfer to your Vanguard Escape
- Check in Vanguard Basecamp or other Vanguard Escape
- Showing you around the local community and wind down
- Transfer to Rama II summer palace for food shopping and picnic.
- Taking an awesome boat through Thailand’s most intricate canal system Stopping at various interesting places.
- Transfer back to homestay to refresh. Evening transfer to Amphawa. You can feel free to walk around, dine and explore.
DAY 2:
- Breakfast and chilling out.
- optional activities (not included in the price) e.g. cooking classes, mountain bike tour, Muay Thai camp or transfer back to Bangkok
END TIME:
Arrival time can be adopted depending on the requirements of our travelers.
