The problem of Instagram
As a business industry, Instagram is enormous. The classical system of financing doesn’t exist at all in the field. The dilemma is that Instagram financed by wealthy people and opaque schemes. For example, some of the users get million of subs and start earning up to 500 000 dollars per post. But here’s the problem: income inequality between bloggers, who has millions of subs and those, who have thousands, is enormous. Small bloggers tend to generate more loyalty and interaction among their fans. It certainly affects the quality of the content of bloggers. What’s more, Instagram bloggers tend to stop thinking about the content they like, and their creativity becomes lower because of a few followers.
